Kat’s local sweet corn dessert! Get one before it ends!

One of our amazing participants in the Local Food Challenge has decided to extend the challenge for another week! Kat Oughton, pastry chef of C Restaurant, is baking a delicious local Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with a Brûléed Pound Cake and Blackberry Compote for this week. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it!
The corn is grown here in Aldergrove! And every dessert sold, $1 will be going to our program!
So, now you have a great excuse to have a dessert that is delicious and you’ll be eating it for a good cause!
