The Refinery’s 100 Mile Menu!

Doing the local food challenge? Think that means you can’t dine out for the seven days? Not true! Thanks to The Refinery! They are featuring a special 100 Mile dish and cocktail for the duration of the challenge! Can’t wait to go try these:

From The Refinery’s Chef Kirk Morrison:
LAMB SLIDERS ground Pemberton lamb, smoked bacon, Narmada bench cheddar, local heirloom tomatoes, red pepper relish $16

From The Refinery ‘s Bar:
Victoria Gin, Granville Island Sake, dash of local apple cider vinegar, local honey, apricot and thyme bitters, sparkling water $11
