Our gardens are growing so well that we had to transplant them two weeks earlier than usual.

    Our garden did die this week. It was too bad. We did the transplanting last week though since the beans were doing very well.
    The students were very creative with their “moods” on their vegetables. Some students in grade 1 made their potato upside down and another student put pencils in for arms and legs. Very creative indeed!!

    We will continue on with the lessons even though there is no more garden 😦

    Hi Karen–don’t fret! We’re going to plant a new garden for you. Having plants die is sometimes just part of the whole process of gardening. But we’re going to put some new seeds in the soil for you, and hopefully these ones will do better.
